I have a 4-year-old yellow lab, Lola, that is an excellent hunting partner. I was introduced to waterfowl hunting by my uncle and since that first time I have been addicted to it. I mainly hunt tidal marshes off the Delaware Bay and bays and marshes along the NJ coast. I am lucky to live in a state that has such diverse hunting areas; there are small creeks and swamps that are great in the early season for wood ducks and teal. Rivers and larger marshes in the area hold larger puddle ducks, mallards, pintails, and the ever-present black ducks. When the weather starts getting colder we move to the coastal region of the state and hunt bigger bodies of water for divers and brant. When I am not out waterfowling I enjoy spending time with my family, offshore fishing on our boat with my dad, and collecting decoys. I am proud to be affiliated with Drake Waterfowl, the gear is top of the line. I demand a lot from my gear over the years I have gone through a lot of products. I can say without hesitation the Drake is the best I have owned. |
