I have a genuine love for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. At the early age of ten, I became interested in duck calling and have been contest calling since age twelve. I have won in excess of twenty contests and have placed in that many more. My biggest qualifying wins are the Show Me regional in 2004, the Two Rivers Open and the Grand American in 2003. In 1999, I was fortunate to be first runner-up in the junior world. My annual duck and goose hunting trip to Saskatchewan has provided me with valuable experiences and numerous opportunities in the industry. Working for the RNT section of Final Flight Outfitters at hunting shows has helped to develop my love for the outdoor industry. I have had so much fun meeting new people, going to shows, and selling just the right calls to many customers who have now become friends. I am very thankful to be associated with the highly respected RNT company, Drake Waterfowl, and also Mossy Oak Outdoors. December of this year (2009), I will graduate with a Business/Marketing degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. I will continue to chase my life long dream of being a world champion, possibly champ of champ duck caller, participating in hunting videos, guiding on a regular basis, and working in the outdoor industry I love so much. Hunting is my passion and I plan to spend my life involved as closely as possible with those who share it. I hope to soon start my career somewhere in the hunting industry which has been a goal of mine since the day I fell in love with waterfowl. |
