I was blessed to be around some of the greatest duck hunters in the world. I was like a sponge soaking all the knowledge the old timers would allow me. I would read everything I could get my hands on so that I would know everything I could about ducks and duck hunting. At the age of 18 I started trying to work toward my dream of having a guide service where I could share the love I have for duck hunting with others. I enjoy the fellowship that comes with spending time in the blind with friends, as well as first timers, so I founded and built Hunter's Paradise Lodge. Hunter's Paradise Lodge is now one of the most sponsored and endorsed hunting lodges around, by some of the biggest names in the waterfowl industry. When I am working at the lodge, we will be doing everything from product testing to filming TV shows. When I am not at the lodge I will probably be somewhere talking about duck hunting, or working the dogs, or at a sportsman show all over the United States. You could say that duck hunting is my life, and what a life it is. Keep em cupped and I hope to see you in the field. |
