Refund policy
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from drakewaterfowl.com, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. Regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund if clean and unworn and in the original packaging including hangers, bags, tags, and wader boxes. Closeout and Final Sale (Sale) Items are not eligible for return.
Please note - refunds will come from "Icon Outdoors, LLC" on credit card billing statements.

How to Process Your Return:
- Locate your order number and email address used for the order.
- Select the items you’re returning. Ineligible items will not appear.
- Choose the return reason from the list.
- Select exchange or return to store credit or original form of payment.
- Print your prepaid USPS shipping label.
Returns and exchanges are subject to a $7.95 handling fee. Refunds in the form of store credit are assessed a $3.95 handling fee. Handling fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Once an option has been chosen it cannot be changed by customer service.
Refunds will be issued 3-5 business days after our Returns Team receives your package. Please allow additional processing time during peak shipping times and holidays. It can take up to 10 business days after we process the refund for you to receive the refunded amount.
Important Info:
Due to their next-to-skin nature, Base layers cannot be returned. Returned merchandise will be inspected before issuing a refund or store credit. Items that are not in resalable condition due to alterations, undisclosed damage, or worn will not be accepted.
